When does my card actually get charged?+
Only once they pick a gift. Goody charges your card directly at that point — generating and sending links costs nothing.
What does the person receiving it have to do?+
They open your link, pick a gift from a curated selection, and enter their own name and shipping address. You never have to ask for their address yourself — and they never see what you paid.
Does the link expire?+
Yes — a gift link stays valid for 14 days. If they don't claim it in time, nothing is ever charged and you can send a fresh one.
How much does EasyGift cost?+
EasyGift is free. There's no subscription, no platform fee, and no markup — you pay exactly what the gift costs, charged by Goody directly.
Are shipping and tax included?+
Yes, always — and you choose how they're handled. Pick $100 and pay exactly $100, with shipping and tax coming out of it, so the gift itself is a bit under. Or pick $100 so they get a full $100 gift, and pay $100 plus shipping and tax.
